Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) ©
Circle of Security International ©

I also provide services for marriage counseling, relationship counseling, couples counseling, pre-marital counseling, parenting education and workshops as well as family counseling and specialized counseling with teens. I help with divorce, relationship guidance, love and communication skills.

I am an advanced level trained emotionally focused therapist. I have continued my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) © and Circle of Security International ©. Both therapies are scientifically and empirically validated as highly successful in helping individuals, couples, and families reconnect at a deeply personal level where trust and safety lead to successful communication. Relationships are no longer caught in an escalating cycle of heightened and unregulated emotions. Exploring feelings and behaviors that keep relationships from making healthy connections is an important part of my collaboration with you.

Emotionally Focused Therapy © and Circle of Security International © education have been found to be highly successful in helping individuals and couples find patterns of behavior that undermine the creation of strong connections in love, family and the workplace.

Psycho-education is an important part of remaining current and fresh in the field of therapy. Continued growth both personally and professionally is a vital part towards remaining open and skilled when counseling my clients. I embrace the philosophy of remaining a life long learner, challenging myself by developing engaging resources that facilitate my growth as a person, a family member, an important half of one couple, and a therapist.
